I do 12-3 with Rae in a little over a minute and 12-6 in about 45s. It's more efficient from energy perspective for xp, but less efficient for silver (on 12-3). I know at least Big 'Un is being used as well for decent times, and a lot of champs with longer times. It can be done with poisons. I did it with OB and Scyl. Don't attack Mortu - attack whatever else is on that level (sorry been a long time). OB's passive will place poisons on a random enemy each turn which doesn't count as a hit and won't proc Peril. The boss level must be manualled. Nightmare is just too much energy and requires very specific champs to solo farm, and is SLOW.

3 star campaign nightmare. The most consistent way to do 12-7 is with Paragon cheese. Run him alongside a tanky damage dealer that can self sustain enough to not die (life steal can do this job, typically). For the rest of nightmare, I'd just run two defense/hp based champions. Having a reviver (like Scyl) can help give you a safety net if needed.

With both the raid pass and exp boost on you get 23,049 of XP on nightmare 12-3, while on brutal the number is 10,382. The big concern many have raised with farming nightmare is the speed.
