Depends on your game state. I like to kill the ninja after antechamber and then let the ogre kill the two redhats below. The best xp (right before ending) spot is Ashina Castle antechamber. Just run and kill the purple ninja, rest, and restart. It’s the fastest spot in the game and not too hard either.

Any other questions and answers will be added as well. When Emma says "resurrection" causes dragon rot, she's talking about death and respawn at an idol. The resurrection skill does not cause the rot. You could use resurrection, warp to the idol to rest, and go back instead of dying, and avoid dragon rot entirely. If you think that scandalous, mean-spirited or downright bizarre final wills are only things you see in crazy movies, then think again. In the case of Folding Screen, it is fun the first time around but loses all the rematch value after that first attempt as you know the answer now. Folding Screen’s score would be: Lore 6/10. Difficulty 2/10.

The Corrupted Monk is like a checkpoint in the game, to make sure the player is being aggressive and deflecting accordingly. Stay near her all the time, her attacks have really long wind ups so it's easy to press block with perfect timing. Her posture pool is reeeally big, so just circling her and only attacking when she's vulnerable won't work.Emma tells the sculptor that the interior forces are coming and asks if he still has the fire in him. He says it will always be in him. Then she tells him that when the time comes she will do what needs to be done. She leaves and the sculptor tells sekiro he wants him to be the one to do it so Emma doesn't have to.

No I wouldn't. Elden Ring gameplay is very much derivative of the Souls formula with most of the notable additions being some Breath of the Wild mechanics and world design. There is almost no influence from Sekiro whatsoever outside of some little homages (though I think Demon of Hatred works fairly well as a prototype for many horeback battles).

Most generically useful combat art that doesn't cost spirit emblems. Dodges and punishes sweep for bonus posture, reflects lightning, hood posture and hp damage, and not punishable by most humanoid foes if you stop before the last hit. But really "best" is kinda deceiving, they all have different uses. Sekiro has my favorite, and by far the most polished combat. But it's also the combat that requires the most rhythm/reaction time and is the least forgiving in that regard. I straight up can't play Sekiro some days because of that, and my reactions are just gonna get worse as I get busier and play games less often.True monk on the other hand was just a beefier corrupted monk with a phase three that kept confusing me with her perilous sweeps and thrusts that she could interchange and you wouldn’t know until last second. It's set in a fantasy vision of Sengoku Japan, in the middle of a conflict between the Ashina and Hirata clans. If you love Sekiro, you need to try Sifu. It has many of the same combat mechanics, most strikingly the "stucture" system which is pretty much exactly the same as posture, along with deflecting vs blocking. I figure Sekiro is 37 - old enough for the age difference between Kuro to be striking but young enough that he does not have many grays besides the most obvious parts of his hair and skin affected by the blood. Sekiro, on the other hand, merely implies that you should play aggressively, without giving you the resources to do so, while having all the trappings and tells of an established subgenre (Soulsborne) that has historically been all about playing carefully and defensively.

Open Steam 'in Japan'. With the VPN enabled, re-open Steam. Steam will 'think' you're in Japan, and the 'Pre-Load' button on Sekiro's library page will become 'Play'. Press that. Sekiro exposed all the "I'm a dark souls veteran" who really didn't actually get gud to begin with. The types who farmed to ridiculous levels and used summons for most bosses and now are mad and bash sekiro because they really aren't as skilled as they thought. Sekiro is skill based and it's up there with one of my favorite souls games.

Dark Souls 3 is designed to cater to multiple different play styles so you can try different things to overcome a boss or obstacle. Sekiro is much more focused and essentially forces you to play aggressively with lots of parrying, cheese methods notwithstanding.
