I have found a master BP on easy water cave and and insane ascendant off a red in carno island cave. I have not seen them drop anywhere else. I also believe you can get the BP’s from fishing. Yep fishing can get you some good ones.. just remember there's only a 3% chance for a rex saddle BP according to the Wiki.
